4 Honey Recipes to Boost the Body’s Immune

1. Honey Pancakes

How to make:

- While resting the dough that has just been processed, heat the Teflon on very low heat until it is really hot
- Pour 1 spoon of batter into the Teflon. Cover and wait until the dough has holes in it, turn it over and wait a while, lift it up
- Make some then serve pancakes with additional toppings of honey and fruit. If you like the bitter taste, you can add instant coffee in the pancake batter
2. Honey Syrup

3. Honey Raisin Cake

To make the dough:
- Melt 125 grams of margarine with 50 ml of liquid milk, until it’s slightly warm
- Then, add 2 eggs, 30 grams of sugar, beat it so it doesn’t get foamy, try only until the sugar is crushed
- Add 150 grams of honey, add 200 grams of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, baking soda and 100 grams of raisins and mix well. Pour into the tin, sprinkle with sliced almonds or walnuts
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and serve
4. Honey Jam
Enjoying white bread will be more delicious if you use jam. Honey can also be processed into jam. How to make it very easy :
- Heat the honey in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Stir well until melted then mix with sugar and lemon juice to taste.
- Reduce the heat and add salt to taste while continuing to stir
- Put it in a closed container and when it cools down, store it in the refrigerator so it can last longer.
- Lemon can also be replaced with other fruit according to taste such as strawberry or pineapple. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can also not use sugar at all.
